Unless otherwise arranged, the meeting point for the Bangkok Boat tour is at the ferry terminal “Bang Wa”. It can be reached easily via the BTS Skytrain Station “Bang Wa”. It is connected through the blue line which directly goes to Bangkok City Center.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the tour, the paid deposit is non-refundable.

If we need to cancel the tour due to unsafe weather, river conditions, or operational reasons, you can choose between rescheduling the tour or receiving a refund of your deposit.

Yes, the Bangkok Boat Tour is suitable for children. Life vests are provided for guests, including children. Please let us know your child’s age and height in advance so we can prepare the most suitable life vest.

For the Bangkok Boat Tour, we can accommodate up to 10 guests on the standard private canal boat.

For larger groups or special requests, please contact us in advance so we can check the best available option.

To secure your booking, we require a deposit of THB 2,000.

The deposit can be paid by credit card through a secure Stripe payment link.

The remaining balance is paid in cash in Thai Baht to our team before the tour starts.

For visits to temples and palaces, respectful clothing is required. Shoulders and knees should be covered. Please avoid tank tops, short shorts, and mini-skirts when visiting sacred sites.

We also recommend light, breathable clothing, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat, as Bangkok can be hot during the day.

The Bangkok Boat Tour can usually operate normally in light rain. Since the tour stays within Bangkok’s canals and river areas, weather is usually not a major issue.

In case of severe weather, storms, strong wind, or unsafe conditions, the tour may need to be adjusted, rescheduled, or cancelled for safety.
