The meeting point depends on the tour you book.

For our Bangkok Boat Tour, the usual meeting point is Bang Wa Ferry Terminal, which is easy to reach by BTS/MRT via Bang Wa Station.

For our Bangkok to Ayutthaya Boat Tour, the tour usually starts and ends at SBN Boat Service Marina in Nonthaburi, located north of Bangkok.

For our Ayutthaya Van Tour, pickup and drop-off are included directly from your hotel in Bangkok.

Private pickup and drop-off may be available for selected tours at an additional cost. We will always confirm the exact meeting point, pickup details, and ending location with you before the tour.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the tour, the paid deposit is non-refundable.

If we need to cancel the tour due to unsafe weather, river conditions, or operational reasons, you can choose between rescheduling the tour or receiving a refund of your deposit.

Yes, our tours are suitable for children.

For all boat-based tours, life vests are provided for guests, including children. Different sizes are available depending on age and height. Please let us know your child’s age and height in advance so we can prepare the most suitable life vest.

For the Bangkok Boat Tour, children are usually comfortable because the tour is shorter and stays within Bangkok.For the Bangkok to Ayutthaya Boat Tour, we generally recommend children older than 6 years, as this is a long full-day excursion.

The maximum group size depends on the tour and transport type.

For the Bangkok Boat Tour, we can accommodate up to 10 guests on the standard private canal boat.

For the Bangkok to Ayutthaya Boat Tour, the standard private boat can accommodate up to 5 guests.

For the Ayutthaya Van Tour, we recommend a maximum of 8 guests for a comfortable private tour.

For smaller private groups, an SUV option may be available for up to 3 guests.

For an Ayutthaya TukTuk Half-Day Tour, the usual maximum group size is 5 guests.

For larger groups, we may be able to arrange additional boats, vans, or more spacious transport options. Please contact us with your group size, and we will suggest the best setup.

To secure your booking, we require a deposit of THB 2,000.

The deposit can be paid by credit card through a secure Stripe payment link.The remaining balance is paid in cash in Thai Baht to our team before the tour starts.

For visits to temples and palaces, respectful clothing is required. Shoulders and knees should be covered. Please avoid tank tops, short shorts, and mini-skirts when visiting sacred sites.

We also recommend light, breathable clothing, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat, as Bangkok and Ayutthaya can be hot during the day.

Most tours can operate normally in light rain.

For the Bangkok Boat Tour, weather is usually not a major issue because the tour stays within Bangkok’s canals and river areas. If there is light rain, the tour can normally continue.

For our land-based tours, such as the Ayutthaya Van Tour, bad weather is usually not a major issue either. The itinerary can be adjusted if needed, and guests can take breaks in the private vehicle.

The main tour that can be affected by weather or river conditions is the Bangkok to Ayutthaya Boat Tour, because it is a long-distance river journey from Bangkok to Ayutthaya. In case of heavy rain, storms, flooding, strong wind, or unsafe river conditions, the boat route may need to be adjusted, rescheduled, or cancelled for safety.

If the full Bangkok to Ayutthaya boat route cannot be operated safely, we may offer an alternative such as switching to the Ayutthaya Van Tour with a shorter boat ride in Ayutthaya, depending on availability and conditions.

If we need to cancel the tour for safety or operational reasons, you can choose between rescheduling or receiving a refund of your deposit.

We took the Day Trip Journey to Ayutthaya and the Add-On Package with the Rice Farm. We always prefer engaging activities instead of doing too many guided tours through temples, etc. The experience on the rice farm was exactly what we were hoping for. We gained insights into rice farming and how people live while having fun with them and working in the actual rice field. This was definitely our highlight. We can recommend the add-on for everyone who likes to have an immersive experience. Apart from that, we also enjoyed the rest of the tour as well. A big surprise was the elephant bathing.

My husband booked this tour for surprising our wedding anniversary. Although I am Thai, I have never thought travelling along the river is such a fascinating experience. We have been in Bangkok so many times but only the city side. This is the first we travelled by boat. We got picked up from our hotel which is super convenient. The sunset in the Chao Praya River is amazing. Unfortunately, we booked the evening tour which was not very long. I wish we had more time and book a longer tour to see other side of Bangkok.
