The meeting point is the Bang Pho ferry terminal. This can be easily be reached by the Blue Metro Line from the City Centre. When coming by Metro you have to leave at the Bang Pho Station (MRT BL09). From there you can walk to the Bang Pho Ferry Terminal.

We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations. Otherwise, the full price will be charged.

Yes, our tours are safe for children. Life vests are provided for all guests, including children, with sizes available for different ages and heights. Please provide information about your child’s age and height in advance to ensure appropriate sizing. However, for the Day Trip to Ayutthaya, we recommend bringing children older than 6 years, as it is a rather long excursion.

We can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests per boat. For larger groups, we have access to additional boats, including larger and more luxurious options. If you have a bigger group or require a more luxurious boat, please contact us. This allows us to comfortably cater to your group’s needs while ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience.

To secure your booking for one of our tours, a deposit of THB 2,000 is required. The remaining balance must be paid in person to our captain before the start of the tour. Please note that on-site payments can only be made in cash and in Thai Baht.

At temples or palaces, it’s essential to dress politely and appropriately, we recommend conservative attire, including covering shoulders and legs. Light, comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and hats are suggested for convenience.

Tours proceed rain or shine, with ponchos provided for light rain. In the event of storms, cancellations may occur for the safety of guests and crew, with full refunds or rescheduling options available. Our operations team closely monitors the weather situation daily.
