We also recommend light, breathable clothing, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat, as Bangkok and Ayutthaya can be hot during the day.

The Bangkok to Ayutthaya Boat Tour is the tour most affected by weather and river conditions, because it is a long-distance boat journey from Bangkok to Ayutthaya.

Light rain is usually not a problem. However, in case of heavy rain, storms, flooding, strong wind, or unsafe river conditions, the boat route may need to be adjusted, rescheduled, or cancelled for safety.

If the full boat route cannot be operated safely, we may offer an alternative such as switching to the Ayutthaya Van Tour with a shorter boat ride in Ayutthaya, depending on availability and conditions.
